So I can't rate those fields. But the product works very well. I am diabetic and don't take any drugs. I control the diabetes with diet. But sometimes I'm in a situation where my only food options are things that have too many carbs. That's where these little gems come in. They block the carbs that I eat, so my blood sugars don't go up. And I've lost 40 pounds since I started using them. I'm no doctor so I can't recommend these as part of any medical treatment.
