GREAT VALUE FOR SURE. *by D***3 on March 14, 2025* After 1 1/2 years and over 5,300 miles of use on my Specialized MTB (all street riding): These pedals stopped my ASICs running shoes from slipping around as they did on my original cheapo quill-type MTB pedals. These grip really well so I can stand up and pedal really hard and no foot slipping or movement. When new, the bearings were smooth and had some very slight drag when spinning the pedals by hand, but that was to be expected with precise-fitting new bearings. Now, 5,300 miles later, the left pedal still feels like new (slight drag), but the right pedal spins easier. But I don't feel any play in either pedal in any direction, so I assume the bearings are still aok. On the pedal width, my running shoes hang over the outer edge of the pedal a little so I wouldn't mind if the pedals were a little wider on the outside. But overall, I am REALLY impressed by these pedals, Oh, the studs are screw in so can be replaced if needed. Mine still look new and have never needed tightening.
