Had an old 8qt crockpot that died and this pressure cooker has about the same countertop footprint so we couldn’t be happier. Full New England Boiled dinner was ready to eat in around an hour and was as tender and juicy as it would be if it boiled all day. High speed Venison stew is next on the menu.
