My husband figured out it was the solar panel and not the lights themselves. We notified the company and they sent us a new panel at no charge. A lot to be said for customer service! Great lights! They are easy to install and very durable. Since the bulbs are plastic, I don't have to worry about breakage when the wind picks up. They look just like glass once they are up. Make sure to let them charge in the sun for about 8 hours before the first use. We bought two sets and love that we can control the whole yard with just one remote. We stick to the "steady on" mode, but the dimming and pulse options are a nice touch. The only downside is the panels are a bit on the large side. If you are trying to achieve a completely "hidden" look for your hardware, these might be a little tough to tuck away. For the price you can’t beat this yard upgrade. I highly recommend!

Update: 2 weeks ago the second set stopped working. My husband figured out it was the solar panel and not the lights themselves. We notified the company and they sent us a new panel at no charge. A lot to be said for customer service! Great lights! They are easy to install and very durable. Since the bulbs are plastic, I don't have to worry about breakage when the wind picks up. They look just like glass once they are up. Make sure to let them charge in the sun for about 8 hours before the first use. We bought two sets and love that we can control the whole yard with just one remote. We stick to the "steady on" mode, but the dimming and pulse options are a nice touch.
