I was emailed asking for my sizes and the product was delivered promptly - although I did pay £16 for delivery so that was expected. However, the image shows the jacket as a matt black, and the faux leather is described as high quality. In reality the leather is very shiny and feels a bit like plastic. 10/10 for effort - it fits almost perfectly. But the jacket itself does not look at all like the picture.
