Remove the application tape (pale blue backing paper). 4. Now apply it at the spot. Once the decal has been applied, go over it several times to ensure it is completely pressed into place. Note that once the decal is applied it is not possible to move it. 5. Remove the transfer tape covering by peeling from one side to the other.
