I am also now looking for my next pair of Aetrex shoes. The insole is really nice. Plenty of cushioning gel on the bottom that I felt like my heel spurs would be sitting on more of a cushion. Do not wear these shoes for more than a couple of hours initially however since the change in the support will cause achy feet.
