I'd never bought Calissons from a producer but when I saw the reviews for this product I thought I'd give it a shot. And I'm glad I did. They tasted almost as I remember them tasting (of course nostalgia and romanticizing the past play into that) but it was a close enough taste that it triggered very fond memories. My kids loved them as well.
