All the whey concentrate powders I’ve tried left me feeling sick and bloated after drinking them. I’m probably mildly lactose intolerant, but I know other people who say the same thing. This product doesn’t upset my stomach at all. Whey Isolate also mixes better than Whey Concentrate. You won’t get clumps or powder in your mouth if you’re using this product. As a side note, I recently discovered malted milk powder. If you add it to your protein shake, it makes it taste 10x better without adding a bunch of calories. Seriously. I got the Salted Caramel flavor protein, and its taste was a 4/10 (still better than any other protein powder tho). After adding a bit of malted milk powder, the taste went up to a 9/10. It adds a few calories, but it’s more nutritious than adding sugar. It also takes the taste from “tolerable” to “really good.” Seriously it goes from a 3/10 to a 9/10 taste-wise. And there’s no point in buying the protein powder if you can’t make yourself drink it.
