When I received it in the mail, one of the bottles had leaked everywhere. I e-mailed the company and right away received a reply. Within a couple days I got a new one in the mail. I have never had such quick service like this before! When using the product, the smell was not all too pleasant and while it was on my hair it did burn a little. When I washed it out, I only lost 4 strands of hair and usually I have hair falling out in chunks with other products. With just using my normal conditioner, my hair came out incredibly soft. It didn't even feel like I had just dyed my hair and there was no aftersmell. My complaint would be that the color came out very light, it turned my hair more a light/med brown that was golden instead of deep. I suggest to others to go darker than you think you need.
