What I really like about this product is that it comes in a roll and you can cut to size "patches" for areas needed. I apply and leave on for about 12+ hours, no more than 24 hours. The adhesion is great and doesn't come loose. Take your time peeling away from backing so it doesn't stick to itself. Also, since most areas where this will be applied are soft skin areas, take your time slowly peeling away from skin or use a soapy water. Be aware that reapplying frequently to one area can irritate skin. Last thing, the can is great. but you'll want to place the roll in a ziplock bag after removing from original packaging to keep it from drying out.
Review: It works - I find this brand works for me better than Salonpas. The adhesive however, can be a little rough on your skin, so I can’t use it every day but it does work

Camphor and Menthol really help with muscle aches and pain, so it's no surprise these are the active ingredients found here. What I really like about this product is that it comes in a roll and you can cut to size "patches" for areas needed. I apply and leave on for about 12+ hours, no more than 24 hours. The adhesion is great and doesn't come loose. Take your time peeling away from backing so it doesn't stick to itself. Also, since most areas where this will be applied are soft skin areas, take your time slowly peeling away from skin or use a soapy water. Be aware that reapplying frequently to one area can irritate skin. Last thing, the can is great. but you'll want to place the roll in a ziplock bag after removing from original packaging to keep it from drying out.
