(See pictures to confirm measurements and weight.)The not so good:The front zipper pocket is a bad design, hard to unzip (see pictures); the main compartment opens on the side, like a laptop bag rather than like a suitcase. However the quality is horrible. I got the backpack a week ago and the inside lining ripped on the first day! It clearly isn’t a Hershel Bag. I was packing snacks in it and then it ripped. Then the arm sleeve ripped apart too as I was walking around outside with it.
