Really good quality and easy to install. I had made a mistake when I ordered sets of blinds. I miss ordered one set. The company was very very nice about it and help me solve the problem even though I made the mistake. They were very kind, Considerate, professional. They really seem to care about the quality of their product and their service after the sale. I am definitely going to buy more for the house. This is the company you can trust and you get exactly what you pay for. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Very very good company to buy from highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Close to great but 1 out of the 4 I received had issues *by E***. on December 16, 2016* I initially bought 2 blinds as it is difficult to know what you are going to get going off of pictures. When they arrived, though there was light damage to the shipping box, the blinds looked great. Easy to install and super lightweight (compared to the wood blinds we had up previously anyway). I was really happy with them so I ordered 2 more to complete the room. This time the shipping box was perfectly fine, but 1 of the 2 had problems. There was light damage and what looked like water marks on a few of the slats which I imagine was some issue in the staining process. I'm not sure if that is important to people or not, but do know these are stained. The damage and water marks aren't glaring and unless you are really inspecting the blind it would probably go unnoticed, but it's there. Overall I'm happy with them and will likely order more, but at the same time I'm a little disappointed with the one. I never contacted the company and they may have been more than happy to replace it who knows, but it wasn't bad enough for me to go down that road. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... of blinds for about 2 months now and absolutely love it!
