This kit has all you need if you are interested in sewing these in so that you cannot see them on the inside waist band but it's not necessary. The only warning I would share (since it wasn't immediately obvious to me) is that they have a limit of how much you can bring the waist in because eventually your pants will bulk up around the zipper area because of how much extra space is there now, causing your pants to not lay flat. Also, the zipper area will be pulled to the side, no longer staying straight.
