Design is very good2. Good sensor3. Easy to use.4. Installation service is not good.Technician charged 531 for installtion and charged additional 200 because he came from ghaziabad and kaff care is not available in my hometown. He was here only for drilling the wall and hang that chimney. His job should be install the chimney properly. Outage pipe and electricity point already available there but he needs to cut some piece of outage pipe for proper setup but he denied to do that then i called plumber to cut that pipe. He was like, i am here to hang that chimney only and charged 731. Only 2 points drill and hanging chimney. Very bad behaviour of installtion guy. ### ⭐ After sales service is an headache with Kaff *by A***R on Reviewed in India on 25 September 2020* It is a worst product in terms of after sales services. Once you buy a product they are least concerned about customer inconvenience due to their products which are mostly with manufacturing defect. After product installation it came to my knowledge about failed motion sensors and I raised a complaint.
