Hope this helps. **Q: How do you charge it?.** A: These LED lights are hard wired into the vehicle using a pre made loom (preferably) . These items require a 12 volt DC feed. They are not chargeable units!!! **Q: I was hoping to buy five of these for my truck, four for the roof and one for the back, is a wiring harness needed for each lamp?** A: 5 for the front will be ridiculously bright! 2 will do the job brilliantly. The wiring harness kits come with a relay which are rated for 25A load. These LEDs draw 60W each at 12V - that's 5A per lamp. So 4 at the front are good from one relay, and one for the back. On light units i always add tiny, thin smears of clear silicone to all joints, screw heads etc to make 100% water tight. The outer casing is also treated with a clear coat of XCP. All cable joints soldered, die electric grease added then heat shrinked and sleeved.
