Seed count approx - 50 - DESCRIPTION - This old but still popular heavy cropping variety produces long trusses of small sized fruits with a sweet flavour........................ WHEN TO SOW - February to May - Sow one seed per small modular cell 2cm deep or spread thinly in a sowing tray and cover with vermiculite or a thin layer of compost. Germinate in temperatures of 21°C they will take just over a week to show. Grow on in temperatures above 12°C, prick out tray sown plants into a larger pot once you have two or more seed leaves, and transplant into a larger pot when needed...................... PLANTING ON - Plant 45cm apart in well drained soil/large pot/grobag in your greenhouse. If you don't have a greenhouse, you can grow on in a conservatory/window until all frosts have passed then slowly acclimatise them to the outdoors over 4-6 days and find the sunniest/warmest position you have in your garden. Keep the young plants well watered until established and in dry weather. As they grow they will need support, pinching out the side shoots as they grow. Feed only once you see 3-4 tomatoes starting to swell NOT BEFORE. Second week in August pinch the growing tip out, as this will encourage the top fruits to increase in size and set before the end of the season........................ HARVEST - July to October
