I must confess I almost cancelled the order after reading some bad reviews about it. But I'm glad that I didn't. I weight near 350 lbs. I've been wanting something to exorcise my inner thighs ,knees and butt muscles , you know something portable that I could take with me on the road. To be honest I was expecting this thing to fall apart like the reviews suggested and not only did it not fall apart but you can do all types of creative exorcises with it. I am very impressed with it. It didnt come with instructions of what you can do with it but if your creative you can do any manner of exorcises with it. The only real complaint I have with the thing is if you use it between your thighs don't use it lying down for the particular exorcise use it between your thighs while sitting and it's just amazing. If you use it between your thighs while lying down its very uncomfortable. Also I noticed on the box it says lifetime guarantee which I didn't even know when I bought the thing.
