I'm guessing it's from the factory they were made in but oh my goodness it has bad smell. It's hard to explain what the aroma's scent is but if you get it, beware for the odor. The other issue was that the little squishies had really bad quality paint. I noticed that many of them I had given had the paint completely off after only ten minutes of being recieved. Big bummer.
