I love to run outside when the weather is nice and I live in the city where there's a very nice running path along the river that is quite pretty, especially when the seasons are changing. This arm band has been perfect my long runs. It slips on easily, stays in place throughout my run (even when I get really sweaty) and is very comfortable to wear. It also says that it protects the phone well in the event of a fall, but I fortunately have not that issue yet, so I can't comment on that.My only drawback, albeit slight, is that the case that goes on the phone can be a pain to get on and off. I usually have a battery pack on my phone since I'm out of the house most of the day and don't have the opportunity to charge my phone, so I need to change cases in order to use this arm band. The plastic case that goes around the phone is snug, but it is very firm and can be difficult to get on and off. The first few times I was pretty worried I was going to break it because it takes a little force to get it off. The only negative was there were no onstructions included and as i am a novice to these things took forever to get the steap on the right way! And i still dont know what the two enclosed felt like sticky back pieces included are for!
