The customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to purchase from the company again for future camping/recreation needs. I thought the design of this sleeping bag is so pretty that it would make up for the rumpled look of the bed. I bought it for use indoors, and so far seems the perfect weight for that. The outer material is very slippery and this does cause it to move a lot on the bed. Pillows were super tiny and not useable as a pillow. Even the two together offer no comfort.
