Containers ARE small, they're meant to measure food only, not to store food or eat out of them. They're not that small. For example, for breakfast I eat 2 fried eggs, 1cup of veggies, 1 cup of fruit, and 1/3 of an avocado with black coffee. That keeps me full for hours, even fuels my workouts(INSANITY) Lunch I'll eat 1 of each: carbs and lean meat to refuel after insanity. Snack- more veggies and some eggs or any protein Dinner- carb, protein, big salad with a dressing and a fruit. I've done insanity before with no weigh loss and it's probably because I was overeating. I'm 5'3" and about 150lbs. I eat very healthy, gave up sugar and creamy coffee. I'm doing another round of insanity now with this eating plan and already seeing results.
