Rubber resists slipping, wear, and weather. The laminated rubber pads have been fitted onto 3/4" bolts and compressed between 1/4"-thick steel plates for strength. The chock's curved surface allows it to be placed flush to the wheel. The chock can be set on either of its two flat surfaces for convenience. The chain and clip can be used to secure the wheel chock to a wall. The chain is 3/16" thick and has a zinc finish for corrosion resistance.
