I make it for my morning smoothie with frozen fruit and lots of ice when I'm in a rush or don't feel like cooking breakfast, and I only use it once a day. I have noticed that it does suppress my appetite for a little longer than if I went without it. I've noticed no significant weight loss from the time I used it before, but then again I don't use it as prescribed so I can't determine if that's the case. Initially, it seemed to work great and I lost 4 pounds in about a week. Even if it had worked, it's too pricey to use for any longer than a few weeks (I only tried it because I found it on special for $15). The taste wasn't terrible, but you can definitely taste the green tea in the background. I did like that it was so low in calories and when mixed with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, the shake was only about 100 calories.
