I should have returned it but hoped that we could fix the problem, ourselves. My husband was able to fix the zipper a couple of times, but it unfixes itself every day now, and I am past the allowed date for returning it. I am very sad and disappointed. I wish I could trade it for something very similar with straight zippers. The curve in the main zipper seems to cause this problem. I cannot recommend this product. It was expensive since it worked for less than two weeks, and it looks silly if you wear it with the main compartment unzipped and hanging apart.
