If you want to skimp out and get a sub that's going to blow after 3 months, by all means get the HCCA. But let me tell you, he's had this sub in his tahoe for a few years now and it hasn't even started to fade or fall apart. It's a better sub, sure it's more, but it's hands down the better subwoofer in the equation. I've personally owned 2 SA-8's and those never failed to disappoint me. I've owned 2 HCCA 15's as well and those Faded and lost their sound really fast. Hands down, get an American made Sundown.
