Only animal source & Synthetic {Ferrous Sulphate} Irons can constipate! There is no difference between the Liquid Floradix Iron & the Tablets = both are Natural, Non-Heme Irons! The tablets are easier to take and are tasteless, that's all. **Q: My bottle was leaking a little and did not bring pamphlets like in other pics I saw, I hope it’s good.** A: If the bottle is leaking that means that it's open, do not consume if the bottle is open or the seal has been broken and air has seeped into the bottle and liquid has seeped out. This product has to be refrigerated after opening and since you don't know when it was opened do not consume it.
