Thanks** A: No. You might be able to fit one small D lock but that is about it. I keep a stubby thermos, a new inner tube in its box, and a repair kit in mine. The bag is only about 8 x 6 inches. **Q: Is the bag waterproof** A: I haven't been out in heavy rain , but the lighter rain showers I've been in yes the bag has been waterproof , it's a very nice bag fits in everything I need . **Q: Can it fit rolled jeans, small towel, socks and a rolled t-shirt? For convenience and the build quality of the rest of the bag they are great. Came in exceptionally useful on a 5 day cycle tour of the French Alps. I easily and quickly unvelcroed the bags from our bikes each night to store in the tent which was really convenient. That way the bike still folds up nicely leaving the bag on the outside. Fine for holding a few tools and a snack, but unlikely to hold even a thin windproof jacket (often needed where I cycle!). I have a Sony Xperia Compact phone and that is quite hard to get into the phone pocket.
