Excellent Tool. - i had a tricky situation with a stud that needed to be removed without causing further damage than had already been done by the gorilla that installed it. funny thing is i already had one of these stud removers i bought about 45 years ago. although I’ve never ever managed to remove anything with it, its still knocking around in my toolbox, mostly just for the nostalgia of it. Anyway when i started looking for something to do the job i saw this version. I immediately clocked the teeth on the wheel which grabs the stud. my old one, (British made btw) had just some checkering on the wheel. i read a few reviews and ordered it for the next morning. I took the opportunity to make sure i had sprayed plenty of wd40 the night before. I also put some tape around the stud to help the wheel bite into something. the offending stud was out in seconds, no damage. very very pleased. I have no idea about the manufacturer or where it is made but this is a quality tool and puts my old one to absolute shame, very good value too.

**Q: Will this tool remove a petrol mower blade ? (Tried everything to get it off to change the blade including impact driver to no avail 🤔**
A: Dear Customer,
This stud remover is suitable for the removal of broken or seized studs from 6 mm to 19 mm bolt extractor.

**Q: Hi, will this help with an over tightened toilet bolt**
A: It may if there’s enough bolt for the tool to grip but take care—a sudden spanner slip can easily break the porcelain. If your stud is flush (no pun intended) with another surface this tool is useless to you. It depends on there being at least an inch of exposed bolt to work.

**Q: Can anyone explain how this removes a piece of stud that is flush with its casing because this seller doesn’t**
A: Please note that this stud extractor only works on studs that are protruded out of the surface they are mounted on. This is mostly for studs that are not damaged but needs removing to allow for certain repairs or modifications to be carried out. It may be used for damaged or undamaged studs around 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch above the surface but will need some good skills when it's down to 1/4 inch; will definitely not work when stud is flat against the surface. You will need to drill a hole through the stud then use the other type of extractor to take it out.  Hope this helps.

i had a tricky situation with a stud that needed to be removed without causing further damage than had already been done by the gorilla that installed it. funny thing is i already had one of these stud removers i bought about 45 years ago. although I’ve never ever managed to remove anything with it, its still knocking around in my toolbox, mostly just for the nostalgia of it.
