   I almost never write a review but this item is absolutely worthless!!!If you hang your ladder at anything more than straight up and down then the top rollers hit the support brackets.  (As shown in the video) Also the bottom wheel frames are total garbage.  Thin metal, and the spacer bolts are loose and just rattle around.I don’t remember the last time I was this disappointed in a product.

This system has a nice solid feel to it, but the way that they connect together leaves something to be desired.  It is very hard to make a smooth connection.  Luckily the wheels are sturdy and quiet, the bumps where the rods connect can be ignored.  Wheels on the base of the ladder have already after 1 week rattled loose and needed repair.Overall great look and sturdy feel, but not as user friendly as I had hoped.  Also - the directions were horrid.
