Bad cause I was itchy but good cause that means that it is helping with testosterone for sure cause I never ever had acne even in my teens and now at 30 to have it all of a sudden all over my back.. felt rested everytime I woke up too.. anyways stopped taking it for a week and then resumed with one pill for the first week then two pills the next and now I keep it at two pills..still feel rested and my mood is generally up...and anyone who has had issues with their sex life...yeah this shoupd help for sure.
