After I placed the order it said it should arrive by February 14. Okay, cool, a little later than I had hoped, but it's still by Valentine's day. A full month later, Valentine's comes and goes, and still no sign of the package. I wait an extra week just to be safe and still nothing, so I contacted the seller.-They were very kind and professional with their responses and offered to send me a replacement package via airmail. I accepted. The same day I received the package in the mail so I cancelled the replacement order. Thank you for being so patient and kind with me.-As for the product, this was amazing. Some reviews said theirs came broken or melted, I was fortunate to have fully intact cones. It was different, but very very good, just like a non frozen, dry ice cream. Very creamy and fluffy strawberry cream in a wafer cone. It reminded me a lot of wafer cookies.`If you like icecream or strawberry flavored goodies and you don't need it IMMEDIATELY this is a very nice treat to have.
