Or that’s how it starts for the hero and heroine in this new Billionaires and Bridesmaids book from the always awesome Jessica Clare.This book was not what I was expecting, I admit that. I figured it would be another enjoyable romance novel that I could get lost in for a few hours. What I got was a book that sucked me into the storyline and had me head over heels for Sebastian and Chelsea. These characters are going to be my favourites next to Hunter and Gretchen. (Good thing they make and appearance in this book huh?). I loved absolutely loved Sebastian and Chelsea.“It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife.” Her eyes widened. “Did you just quote Jane Austen at me?” “I did.” “And you’re single how?” she teased. “I swear ovaries just melted everywhere.”Who would have thought a billionaire and a roller derby girl would be the perfect match and that an arrangement between friends would become so much more? But that’s exactly what happens and watching these two fall while battling Chelsea’s past trauma and Sebastian’s nutter of a mother was both fun and heartbreaking at times, but so worth the price of a ticket.Sebastian is a totally swoon worthy book boyfriend and Chelsea is a character I want a as a real life bestie. What she has survived and how he deals with it both broke my heart and warmed it. And shows why this couple is now a firm favourite from this author.This is my favourite book of this series so far. I love how the author has connected two series but managed to keep them separate at the same time. Plus you get the yumminess that is Sebastian. Enough said.Read it as a standalone or read it as part of the series, just read it. You won’t be sorry.I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sweet, Sexy and Romantic *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 20, 2015* Billionaire Sebastian Cabral who does love his family and would do ANYTHING for them BUT he won’t do DRAMA-and his family is ALL about drama-case in point, their reality show The Cabral Empire so he stays far away from that. So when his ex-girlfriend tries to rekindle the flame of their romance using the camera to do so with his mom’s help, Seb goes for drastic measures.Chelsea Hall is a puzzle wrapped in a sexy body. During the day, she is a specialty soaps designer, by night, she's a knockabout roller derby skater. But see, Chelsea lives in total fear of her past, so much that does not want to be alone but she also doesn’t want to date. There lies the problem she has. She is afraid to date , to meet men. She lives in her wrap of protection by her dear friends. That all changes when she goes to Chelsea's dear friend, Gretchen wedding. There she meets a handsome man and an immediate attraction is formed for Sebastian, and an instant feeling of comfort and safety and also attraction for Chelsea. This leads to Chelsea and Sebastian to take a quick trip down the aisle. Now this was only supposed to be a temporary fix for Seb but will this turn into something more for both parties or will this lead to heartbreak for all parties involved?I really enjoyed getting to know the MC in this story. Chelsea is such a strong woman and her issues from her past do not deter me in anyway in not liking her, in fact it makes me like her more. I feel for her ; I totally like the fact she has this split personality in a way- she tries to get herself out there to prove she can do it. My heart hurt for her at times and I am so glad Seb is there for her. And OMG, there is SEB-what a hunk. And for him having to deal with his crazy family, I know how he feels about crazy relatives and all. These two work well together. Overall, this is one terrific book and is one of those that I did not want to send. They meet at one of Gretchen and Hunters engagement parties. Touching in so many ways, they reluctantly fall in love at first kiss and decide a quick sham marriage, all Sebastian's idea, will solve both their problems of being pursued by the opposite sex. Chelsea's story of being roofied, raped and dumped in the garbage is front and center, as well as the heartbreaking moments it creates in their relationship.
