Skates will say youth or boys for the child & for adult it will be men. Then choose from size option. **Q: I'm confused about sizing. My 7 year old wears an 11. What size should I get her?** A: I just purchased two pair for my 7 year old twin girls. Size 1 and 2, They run very small to size. I wouldn't buy anything under a one because she will outgrow them with little use. I am very satisfied with the skates. My girls wear 13 and 1 in regular shoes, so A 1 should be ok for your 7 year old. **Q: Can the wheels be tightened to slow the skates down** A: No not at all. I tightened all the way but no change. Took the wheels off and refitted but nothing happened, they stayed loose .. too lose. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Product *by D***L on January 3, 2026* My daughter won’t take them off.
