Best book ever if you want to learn how to get in shape and stay that way.  I read this book just prior to starting my 2018 New Year's Resolution to lose weight and get in better shape in a healthy way.  I constantly go back to this book for reference.  The book is easy to read, provides a plan for steady weight loss on fitness.  Lots of reference charts for BMI, etc.  Now on December 31, 2017, I can share that I have been able to lose the stubborn 25 pounds and steadily moved down in my clothing sizes.  Best of all, my monthly body measurements are proof that the information is factual and works.  The reduction in body measurements were motivating!

This book is amazing!! I absolutely love it! Michelle Bridges made an excellent book and there are so many encouraging words and things that will help you, even if you think you can't do it.. You will be able to do it with this book!! I would recommend this to anyone that is serious about finally loosing weight and getting healthy & fit!! That's what this book is all about!!!
