First of all, the tan/beige color is really more of a yellow. It doesn't look at all like the picture, in my opinion. The chair also seemed quite hard and not very comfortable. And, when I would sit down or get up, it would make a squeaking noise.All that being said, it "might" be the best chair you can get in this price range. We have just been spoiled by the rocking chair we bought at Costco for our first baby. It is the most comfortable chair ever; the cushions are feather filled! It was also cheaper than this chair, but I think deals like that are really hard to come by.As for Amazon's return experience... That was amazing!
