A: Mine did not come with two extra ones. Also the top thermometer brakes off fast mine lasted about two weeks and then broke off

A: The one I got is stainless steel I would not say there is paint to scratch.  Sorry I don’t know anything about paint on the one I got.  🤷🏽‍♀️
