National chains are way overpriced. Cutting out the two or more middle man distributors and save tons of money. Worked for a 2001 VW Jetta with V-6 perfectly. Car would run for 30 seconds and die. The computer will run diagnostics during that time then realize there is no communication and shut down. It would take 30 minutes before it would start again. Again only for 30 seconds of run time then shut off again. Once replaced with the new crank sensor it solved the problem. Easy to install. ### ⭐⭐ Works good. Wire too short though. *by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on September 3, 2019* Works well, solved the problem I was having with engine running bad, but the wire is about an inch too short, so I was unable to route it the same way as the old sensor or use the original clips/ mounting points. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more on one that fits correctly.
