Anyhow I have tried all kinds of products and before I tried the expensive soolantra from the doctor I tried this and lice shampoo (active ingredient is close to soolantra) and OMG my face looks like it did when I was 20. No redness (besides a few broken caps) and the pores on my cheeks no longer look huge. I am so confident again. For 3 weeks I applied Nix on dry face and let it dry and sit for 10 minutes. I washed off and applied prosacea and moisturizer and within a month my face has improved and rosacea was a thing of the past. I also ordered premethrin and mixed a tiny amount in a bottle of lotion and applied to my face. I experienced no peeling from any of these products. Do yourself a favor and try this with Nix or off brand lice shampoo. It might change your life like mine!
