I always have a pair of Dansko Sophie sandals in my closet and I wear them out! Even though they are very well made and last a long time. I went looking for a new pair when my last pair was was looking a little a worn. These caught my eye: colorful and just a bit shiny- but they didn't have my size. So I waited patiently and kept checking and when they finally restocked my size I snagged them! It's easy to buy these online because they are very consistent with their sizing. I like that the uppers are made of real leather and so breath and form to your foot. The buckles are stylish but also functional. You can adjust the width to your foot. I always need to open up the top buckle by one ring. I don't know what the soles are made of but I can wear these all day without my feet hurting. I'm sure it t has something to do with the "rocker bottom". I have even worn them to amusement parks and been fine at the end of the day. They are well worth the price in my opinion. These used to come in all kinds of designs but lately I am seeing mostly solid colors.
