I wish I had gone one size down. I'm 5'6, about 150lbs and I got a size 11. I wish now I'd gotten a size 9 because they're just a little looser than I'd like. I haven't washed and/or dried them yet so maybe once I do, it'll make a difference. The only other thing that I don't like about these jeans is the rips, they're cut into very deliberate points, almost M shaped and it just looks a little strange. When I buy jeans with rips, I want the rips to look like they've come from being well-worn, which is not what you get with these. So... in conclusion, if you're looking for a huge miracle to happen to your butt when you put on these jeans, you will be disappointed and the rips could look a little better, but for the price, they are a good fit and a cute pair of jeans. ### ⭐⭐⭐ If they're not tight, they don't look right. However I got the impression from the other reviews that these ran kind of small and I actually should have gotten a 7 instead of a 9. And let me tell you if they don't fit tight, they don't look right!! So I'm going to wash and dry them and hopefully they shrink but I would order it the smaller size next time. And it would be helpful if they put a sample of your everyday woman in these ad pics for these jeans, and really all clothes!! These ended up being perfect. The jeans hit right above my ankles making them perfect to wear with ankle booties or strappy heels. I’m 5’3”. These jeans are a bit more high-waisted than expected, but it’s actually very flattering. As far as sizing, they’re more like junior size so I went with size 11. I’m normally a size 8/10. The 11 fits perfectly. I weigh 140 lbs. The jeans have a little stretch so they’re pretty forgiving. The quality is also good, especially for the inexpensive price. I love these jeans so much I immediately bought another pair in the medium blue, which I also love, and the white which I’m waiting for.
