A small issue arose on the razor, and they were super-professional, researching answers with the manufacturer and getting back promptly.Now, on the razor. It's a beautiful instrument, and what an edge! It strops quickly and cleanly.Wipe it clean and dry after every use. The finish is somewhat delicate and sensitive to standing moisture. It's high quality carbon steel, not stainless. But you will feel its superior shave.Super Safety will share manufacturer's guidance about caring for it.I last had a straight razor as a young teenager, buying a German Henckels in a tobacco-curiosity shop.Two tips: respect and go sloooowly.
