This is very heavy duty stuff when used with there sub base it’s great. I pulled up drivers side rug and found a lot of rust. I used rust remover kit same company very toxic stuff be careful but worked. Took most of day to execute by now it would be like a fish tank if water got on it won’t soak in beads right off

I've used this stuff several times. Black and gray dry much faster than white. I'm concerned that white will not have the same integrity as the darker colors over time. The humidity and temperature in the room is fine, this stuff still isn't dry after 24 hours. Yes, I used the cleaner and the metal prep before applying white POR15.

A year plus later the white is yellowing from exposure. The can which i opened and exposed to air is now off white. Whats the point of using this to top rust proofing if not stable- opposite to what they claim. Better off getting something else to top with which is more external environment stable

I followed the instructions to the T! Removed loose rust, degrease, metal prep, two coats of the encapsulating paint 6 hours apart, two coats of topcoat 4 hours apart. This paint is as thick as epoxy and shipped directly from the mfg. the encapsulation layers were smooth as glass. The topcoat looks like I smeared Elmer’s glue on the surface and brushed it halfway setup.
