It replaces the factory Freedom Panel over the front seats with a flip-back fabric-on-frame assembly, enabling instant open-air driving without removing the hardtop or complex steps. Installation is a simple, no-drill bolt-on process completed in about 30 minutes using included components. Engineered by Bestop, a trusted Jeep brand with over 70 years of experience, this product comes with a 3-year warranty and is made in Mexico with USA design standards. ## Description The Bestop Sunrider for Hardtop is built for one purpose: giving Jeep hardtop owners open-air driving without the commitment of a full soft top conversion. Designed specifically for 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL and JLU and 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT, it installs in the front section of your hardtop opening and flips back in seconds from the driver's seat — no tools, no help required. This is a hardtop-only product. It takes the place of the factory Freedom Panel section above the front seats, giving you instant sky access while your rear hardtop panels stay exactly where they are. When the weather changes, flip it back forward in moments and you're covered. Installation is rated Level 1 — Easy. No drilling, no modifications. The fabric-on-frame assembly arrives pre-installed, and door rails are included. Most installations take about 30 minutes with basic hand tools. Every box includes the complete pre-installed fabric-on-frame assembly, front door rails, and full installation instructions. No additional hardware is required for installation. Bestop has been engineering Jeep-specific tops and accessories for over 70 years. The Sunrider for Hardtop is backed by a 3-year warranty and carries Bestop's standard of precision fit for the JL and JT platforms. Designed in the USA, manufactured in Mexico. ## Features - CONFIRMED FIT: Fits 2018–2026 Jeep Wrangler JL (2-door and 4-door JLU) and 2020–2026 Jeep Gladiator JT. Designed for hardtop models only — not compatible with soft top configurations. All trims included - OPEN-AIR DRIVING, INSTANTLY: Flip back the Sunrider for Hardtop and open the sky over the front seats without leaving the driver's seat, without removing your hardtop, and without a multi-step process. Your rear hardtop panels stay in place. - BOLT-ON IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES: Installs without drilling or modifications to your Jeep. Rated Installation Difficulty Level 1 — Easy. Comes with the fabric-on-frame assembly pre-installed, so you're ready to drive open-air the same day it arrives. - EVERYTHING INCLUDED: Box includes the complete pre-installed fabric-on-frame assembly, front door rails, and installation instructions.
