Review: Honda Engines are the Best - The Legendary Honda Engine can’t be beat. Started right up on the first pull. I decided it was worth the price to get a genuine Honda engine instead of the other Honda clones like CRX or Predator. Honda is no longer making small engines I’ve heard so I had to get my hands on a new one before they are gone for good. The pressure washer itself is also pretty good. I like the AAA Triplex pump and the form factor overall is not too cumbersome. However, I would prefer it if the handle was up a bit higher like the dolly/truck style frames used for the Harbor Freight machines. Some bigger wheels would be nice too. The only real issue I had was the 2/4 nuts holding the engine to the frame came loose on the first use and I found them on the ground later. Just reinstalled and tightened them up and good to go. Still a bit disappointing though. Aside from the small form factor concerns, this pressure washer and engine combo is about as good as you can get in terms of performance and combination of mechanical options. 3300 psi + 2.5 GPM = 8,250 cleaning units. A professional consumer or “prosumer” shouldn’t need any more than 8,000 cleaning units. This machine is perfectly adequate for any pressure washing needs around the house or shop. I recommend getting a 15 in. You can sit the jug on the ground or, like I do hang it from the handle with a string or wire. It works perfectly. **Q: Can that use as a dryer too?** A: Sure you can. Just shut off the water and then turn off the pressure washer. Point the nozzle at whatever you want to dry and pull the trigger. Make sure it's a really hot sunny day. Takes a while but it works. If it's cloudy, it may take longer. If it's cold cold and rainy, it may not work at all. **Q: How load is the engine** A: The engine fit on the pressure washer is the honda commercial GX series 6hp is the perfect match for the pump. The previous one was delivered on time, however after starting it up it was not giving me any water pressure. I contact customer support through Amazon, and an Identical power washer was shipped. I received it today. I also contacted SIMPSON Customer support, and was walked through the process of starting up the power washer. I was told i\I did nothing wrong and that the water pump could have been defective, or an "O" ring may have been damaged. It took one pull to start the newest one up, and the pressure is fine. I am grateful to SIMPSON and AMAZON for being attentive to my needs, and getting me the new power washer right away! Its nice to know there are people on the business side who care about their customers. I say this because when you spend the amount of money I did on a power washer, you don't expect it to have any issues. I understand that once in a while things happen.
