That might be litterally true, as I bought it as a warehouse return item. I'm unable to connect to it with any of my devices. When I scan the code on the screen EZCast tells me the dongle is unsupported. Their app doesn't support their dongle? Wow. So I watch their YouTube vids; horrible music and low res fuzzy video. Useless. I'll be looking for a refund. Don't waste your money on this.
