Like abductor and adductors, does it offer resistance for both the opening and the closing of the legs?** A: It has resistance on the inner and outer thighs but the resistance doesn't get strong enough with the bands. It is like an ab circle pro except you can stand up. You would get the same amount of resistance from the thigh master products and they take up less space. In the standing position and twisting side to side does mimic skiing which is fun but you need to have poles or a chair to hold onto. For me, it's not enough of a work out.You can get the same work out with large furniture sliders that have plastic on the bottom so you can slide on a rug, then use your own body weight for the inner and outer thighs.It's made very well and isn't a cheaply made thing but again for the inner and outer thigh opening and closing, needs a way to get harder to do.
