A: I have the same issue on Christmas morning. I have checked the connections. used different cables and monitors....no one available at tech support so pretty crappy Christmas....and yes it is plugged into the correct port

**Q: I lost the color changer remote, what should I do?**
A: Contact Cyber power by going to there web site. Or send an email. You can order a new one. Im not sure what the cost is. They are really nice and helpful
