I used it 2-3hours per time. Not any issue found yet. **Q: Are both rolls 16ft each?** A: Judging by the rolls being equal in size I assume the same amount is therefore equal on both rolls. 😞 **Q: 2 pack and each is 16 feet?** A: I'm not sure. I'm glad that I found this product to help and protect my knees. It reduces a lot of weight that my body put on my knees, and is being such a great support. Now I can walk for a long time or do some running in the gym without hurting my knees. But there is one thing to be careful, reduce some stickiness of the tape, or it will tear your hair when you rip it off. It might be helpful if you apply some lotion before you put it on. I previously bought some name brand KT tape but wanted more colors without paying $20 for each single roll. I hesitated to buy such a cheap version with two rolls but after using this tape a few times I find it even better than the name brand one I bought.It sticks better and stays on longer. Immediately this tape stuck to my skin better. I washed my feet thoroughly and wiped down with alcohol to remove any oils from the skin, applied the tape as I had learned, and got back to life. I generally can wear the tape 3-4 days before needing to remove. (Don't wear 24/7, your skin needs to breathe.) When it lifts on the end I just trim it a bit, but the majority of the tape stays put. I use a cool hair dryer to dry the tape after a shower and I'm set.Now with that stickiness you will get some tape residue and color left behind when you remove the tape. The easiest way to remove it is to use a pumice stone with soap and water to gently rub away the residue. Alcohol and a towel works as well, but I find it takes more effort. I'm allergic to whatever glue is used on surgical tape but this tape causes no problems for me!I really love this tape and will be stocking up while I can. The relief it brings to my poor feet is amazing.
