Yeah I had the king 30 pound and the case it came in was ripped when it arrived. I noticed the stitching between two pockets had come undone excuse me β€œlines” and was allowing beads to travel between pockets. This stitching had the ability to unravel futher, easily. I explained all this to maxtid customer service with Nancy via email and she offered me $10 for a maintenance refund and sent me a link to a sewing kit on amazon and explained to me I would have to hand stitch the thing and that β€œI don't completely avoid the lack of line tearing on this soft material.” Which tells me there might be future issue. Soooo being that I could fit my arm into this loop of loose stitching or β€œline thread” I decided that rather than keep having to stitch their product properly FOR them, I would return it and find a different company who can offer me a quality product for the price. I would like to note that they claim 8%-12% of body weight for the blanket. I weight 283 and this blanket actually had me trying to move from the heaviness, which could be my bad. Having to repair an item by hand that costs $150 on day ONE with that sort of support is unacceptable in my personal book. ### ⭐⭐ Came opened, unfolded, used and smelled bad *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2020* Only giving 1 star because it was soft. However the blanket arrived opened just thrown inside the shipping box with no other original packaging, not even folded. The blanket looked used. It also had a very weird bad smell to it.
